Marketing Specialist – Dallas, TX

About the Role:

Our client is looking for an energetic and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This in-office role plays a key part in driving our marketing initiatives, from managing customer relationships and optimizing digital presence to content creation, event coordination, and proposal development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress, SEO, and CRM platforms, along with exceptional organizational and creative skills. Some travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Audience Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate data segmentation and tracking engagement to refine marketing strategies.
  • Social Media & Brand Visibility: Develop and execute targeted social media campaigns, schedule posts, and monitor engagement across platforms.
  • Content Development & SEO: Create engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and case studies. Optimize all content for search engines to improve brand reach.
  • Proposal Coordination: Craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company branding and messaging. Maintain a database of proposal templates.
  • Website & Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s WordPress website, keeping content current and visually appealing. Implement SEO best practices, conduct performance audits, and improve rankings.
  • Marketing Analytics: Track key performance indicators using tools like Google Analytics and CRM reporting. Provide insights on website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion.
  • Event Planning: Organize tradeshows and conferences, handling logistics, booth setup, and marketing materials.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, particularly in WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media management, content strategy, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing professional proposals and sales materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
