Overview:
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting patients and healthcare providers? We’re looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant to play a vital role in our medical office. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner

Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars

Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Handle billing, insurance verification, and payment processing

Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and route messages appropriately

Support providers with administrative tasks and correspondence

Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and faxing
