Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Consultant with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Camstar MES and a background in service request management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift. The role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and customization of Camstar MES solutions to meet client requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Camstar MES with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Camstar MES-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Camstar MES configurations and customizations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Camstar MES.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Camstar MES implementations.
• Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for Camstar MES projects.
• Participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate new features and updates in Camstar MES to keep the system up-to-date.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
• Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client presentations.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Camstar MES and its applications.
• Have experience in service request management which is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
