Job Description
A mobile crane operator's job duties include operating the crane, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety.
Crane operation Operate cranes and hoists, Drive cranes to work sites, Transfer loads to construction sites, Bind loads to cranes, and Safely discharge loads.
Maintenance Clean and lubricate the crane, Perform minor repairs, Inspect equipment for damage, Replace worn or damaged parts, and Keep and update maintenance and activity logs.
Safety Follow safety guidelines and protocols, Ensure loads are balanced before lifting, Inspect the crane for safety daily, Interpret hand and verbal signals, and Coordinate with ground operators
