Cemetery Sales Manager & Monument Company Manager
Location: Dover, Delaware
Salary: $70,000 – $180,000 (Based on Experience & Performance)

We are seeking an experienced Cemetery Sales Manager & Monument Company Manager to oversee the operations of three cemeteries and spearhead the launch of a new monument company serving our 20 existing cemeteries . This is a high-impact leadership role for a motivated professional with a strong sales background and operational expertise .
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Cemetery Sales Management – Drive pre-need and at-need sales while leading a team of sales professionals.
✅ Monument Company Development – Establish and manage a monument company to serve 20 cemeteries.
✅ Operations Leadership – Oversee daily cemetery operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Team Leadership – Hire, train, and manage sales and operational staff across multiple locations.
✅ Strategic Growth – Develop marketing strategies, pricing structures, and customer outreach programs.
✅ Process Optimization – Implement best practices to enhance sales, streamline procedures, and increase profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in cemetery sales, monument sales, and cemetery management.
Proven leadership skills in managing teams, processes, and business operations.
Strong sales expertise with the ability to train and motivate a high-performing team.
Entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow a new monument company from the ground up.
Excellent communication & customer service skills to work with families and the community.
