Network Security Engineer

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

• They are a pre-revenue organization and slotted to deliver product to customers this year and poised to be the second largest manufacturer in their niche.
• With big dreams comes rapid expansion - they are up to 375 total employees with more than 40 being added this year alone
• They have multiple state of the art facilities through south central Wisconsin with more facilities in U.S. and globally expected to come online over the next few years.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000
• PTO: 15 day of PTO + 8 Paid Holidays
• Retirement : 401(k) - 100% up to 3%, 50% on the next 2%

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER

• Work with the business to understand security gaps and make recommendations to eliminate threats
• Respond to threats and vulnerabilities
• Support the networking team with firewall routing and configurations
• Assist in writing security policies

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER

• Experience in Crowdstrike is incredibly beneficial
• Experience with networking - Ubiquiti, Ruckus, and HP
• Experience with firewalls - SonicWall
• Diverse experience in cybersecurity
• Understanding of NIST framework
