I’m looking to hire a fitness and nutrition coach for our online fitness business
This will be a part-time position to start (20-ish hours per week), and you need to be ready to take on 30-40+ clients right away.
You'll be working with our female clients.
This is great for you if you want to work from home and if you don’t want to have your own business, but just want to be a great coach to help clients transform their bodies and lives.
REQUIREMENTS:
-You must have experience coaching nutrition and strength training
-You follow a macro-based approach with nutrition (if you don’t like tracking macros, this isn’t for you)
-You understand strength training (if you don’t strength train at least 3 days per week, this isn’t for you)
-You practice what you preach (this is THE No. 1 most important thing, as we must be living, breathing examples for our clients)
-You have a certification in personal training and nutrition You’re active on social media (we have an active Facebook and Messenger group)
-You live in Wisconsin (we specialize in coaching people from Wisconsin)
-You’re looking to get started right away
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
-You don’t have any coaching experience
-You want to work for our company for 3-6 months and then start your own business (looking for long-term fit for our company)
-You’re not reliable and aren’t committed with your own fitness routine
-You don’t want to get on Zoom calls and text/message clients for accountability
-You’re not ready to start now
-You're not able to take on at least 60-80 clients (20-ish hours/week) long-term
