As our Executive Assistant , your purpose will be to help us deliver on our promise to provide solutions that inspire success, crafted for this place and the people we share it with. You will be the individual who controls and manages the administrative and other assigned functions for our CEO, making it possible for him to focus on other matters associated with directing Intrepid Credit Union. Your professionalism, administrative competency and ability to maintain confidentiality will be your defining skills in this role.

In addition to our generous benefits package, the base pay for the Executive Assistant position is between $14.78 - $22.17/hour.

The minimum qualifications for the Executive Assistant position are:

  • One to three years of similar administrative experience.
  • Associates degree in related area.
  • Excellent organizational and editing skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects.
  • Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good attention to detail.

**This position is located on-site in Helena, Montana.
