Aim Global Solutions has a Direct Placement opportunity for a Operations Controller with a Tier 1 Automotive supplier located in Troy, MI.

Manage and control the financial operation of the company based on the financial and accounting policies of the group, besides adhering to the guidelines established by ISO TS area and ISO 14000. Support Head of Controlling on day to day basis. Maintain cost-structure and reporting. Control financial activities of the plant and report to Head of Controlling.

Main Roles and responsibilities:

• Support preparation of financial statements of the company
• Support preparation of Annual Plan
• Control the fiscal situation of the company
• Implementation of internal controls to ensure the safety and protection of the property and interests of the company.
• Support Internal and External Audits

Requirements

Education and Experience

• College degree preferably economic areas (Public Accounting, Administration, Foreign Trade).
• Graduate Finance desirable.
• At least 5 years in the area of finance.

• Cross-functional thinking and interdisciplinary knowledge
• Ability to make decisions, delegate and at the same time assert oneself
• Planning and organizing capabilities
