Portobel is seeking professional, service-oriented delivery drivers who own or lease their own cargo van to join our rapidly growing team. We have immediate openings available for day and night drivers to help us deliver quality, fresh, locally-sourced foods to customers throughout the Bay Area.
**Hours/Shifts:**
* Day shifts available 7 days a week - please note that all day shifts require a refrigerated cargo van
* Night shifts are on Sunday and Wednesday nights - refrigeration is not required
**Location(s):**
* We deliver throughout the Bay Area (excluding Marin, Napa/Sonoma, and Santa Cruz). Our technology optimizes routes to ensure maximum efficiency, so location will vary depending on shift and your starting location.
**Pay:**
* Competitive pay plus mileage
* Cell phone stipend (when you work 32 or more hours per month)

**Requirements:**
* Clean, reliable cargo-sized van or delivery truck. Refrigeration is required for day shifts
* Valid drivers license and clean driving record
* Be at least 21 years old for day shifts, 18+ for night shifts
* Smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
* Proof of personal auto insurance policy, as required by California state law
* Professional, customer-service-oriented nature
* Be willing to learn, willing to accept feedback, and grow from it
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Must provide references and pass a background check
