Part Time Accounts Payable Assistant / Admin

Overview of the Accounts Payable Assistant / Admin role:

• Assist Accounts Payable Specialist - monitor and manage the Accounts Payable inbox, sorting and forwarding messages as appropriate
• Provide backup support to answer and direct incoming phone calls during designated times
• Prepare billing statements by accurately matching them to corresponding invoices
• Contact vendors to resolve discrepancies when statements do not reconcile

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Assistant / Admin role:

• Understanding of accounts payable process and office administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly motivated and well-organized
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
