Job Description

As a Patient Advocate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients from their initial visit through their treatment journey. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options available.Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the intake process for new patients- Guide new patients through paperwork completion and initial health history documentation- Administer Heart Rate Variability Tests- Clearly explain the doctor's recommended treatment plans to patients- Cover front desk duties as needed, including: - Answering phone calls - Scheduling patient appointments - Processing payments- Perform light housekeeping duties, including: - Taking out the trash - Vacuuming - Cleaning and sanitizing treatment roomsQualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities- Familiarity with or interest in holistic health practices- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCompensation:- $17-25 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsWhat We Offer:- Opportunity to work in a growing field of holistic health- Flexible scheduling options- Supportive and collaborative work environment- Potential for professional growth and learningIf you are passionate about holistic health and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
