You will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the brand and achieve customer acquisition and retention goals. You will work on leading campaigns across multiple states and platforms, collaborating internally and externally, utilizing platforms like Google, Apple, and X. This role is eligible for the Company’s hybrid work-from-home policy. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 annually. Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Experience managing enterprise-level pay-per-click and social media accounts is essential. Deep understanding of paid campaign objectives, setup, reporting, and advertising interfaces across various platforms is essential. Proficiency in Google Analytics and attribution modeling is essential. Experience with performance marketing metrics and media analytics. Strong communication, collaboration, and numerical skills. High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask across multiple campaigns and objectives. Ability to work independently within a large team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Experience in sports or gambling industries is a plus. Advanced Excel skills. Main Responsibilities Deliver responsible advertising across regulated states, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations and standards. Collaborate with digital marketing platform account management teams to deliver industry-leading campaigns. Plan, execute, and report on large-scale advertising campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams, platforms, and partners to maximize value and performance. Manage end-to-end implementation, including setup, analytics, tracking, and reporting of paid marketing accounts. Support daily execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across business lines. Develop and refine paid marketing strategies aligned with KPIs for each state, working with platform partners. Contribute to the development of the Paid Media department by sharing knowledge and innovative ideas. Coordinate with the organic social team on content and campaign strategies. Own technical implementation of tracking with key partners and platforms.
