You do not need swimming pool experience to join our team. The right attitude, however, is required. This position is responsible to provide consistent and excellent pool cleaning and maintenance services to every customer. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, and following all established protocols.

The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will have initiative, the desire and accountability for a job well done, and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. They will handle themselves with integrity and embrace delivering "resort-quality service".

Responsibilities:

Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:
  • Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
  • The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
  • The ability to utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
  • The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

Requirements:

Requirements for this position:

(1) Have a valid driver's license with no accidents or tickets for at least 3 years

(2) Live in the Tulsa area
(3) Have the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

No other experience is required. We will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred

Bonus Potential:

This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus that grows each year you're with the company. Paid vacation is offered after 1 year of employment. There will also be opportunities to move up within the organization as we grow.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
