Experienced Power Washing Technician & Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities: - Manage the shop and maintain the truck and equipment to stay organized, clean and ready for production.
- Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customers satisfaction
- Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
- Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
- Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
- Resolve conflicts that occur with employees or customers
- Ensure the crew is working productively and professionally
- Set and reach timing, efficiency and quality goals to complete jobs
- Cearley communicate requirements, issues and expectations with the customer and boss
- Work closely with Power Washing Technician Quality and Operations Lead to verify work is completed correctly and efficiently.

Experienced Power Washing Technician & Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications: - Minimum one year of experience in the professional pressure washing field
- Minimum one year of managing a team
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift to 50lbs
- Valid Driver's License - Ability to drive team and supplies from office/garage to job sites in company box truck.
