About the role

As a Production Artist, you play a critical role in supporting our Creative Team by producing high-quality visual content across various mediums. You will work closely with the Senior Art Director, Creative Director, and Principal Designer to ensure that all creative assets align with brand guidelines and meet our high standards of detail and quality. This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

  1. Design & Production:
  • Create, refine, and deliver a wide range of digital assets for various departments, including marketing, product, and communications.
  • Develop assets for websites, social media advertisements, email marketing, and SMS campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Work on a variety of projects, ranging from quick-turn tasks to larger, more complex design initiatives.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop and execute visual concepts.
  • Assist in organizing the Creative Team's Google Drive and contribute to the management of the upcoming Digital Asset Management (DAM) System.
  • Use Notion for task tracking, SOP building, and internal documentation, ensuring all tasks are organized and completed on time.

  • Maintain the highest attention to detail in all work, ensuring that all content is visually appealing, accurate, and on-brand.
  • Follow instructions meticulously and ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines.
  1. Project & Time Management:
  • Manage multiple projects throughout the week, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Utilize Milanote to create and manage mood boards, ensuring that all visual concepts are well-organized and aligned with project goals.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in using Figma to build and manage mood boards, facilitating the creative process.
  2. Proficiency in Notion for project management, task organization, collaboration, and documentation.
  3. Proficiency in Slack for effective communication, collaboration, and team coordination, including channel management, file sharing, and real-time messaging.
  4. Proficiency in GSuite for productivity, document management, and collaboration, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  5. Familiarity with Loom for creating and sharing video content, including screen recordings, tutorials, and presentations, to enhance communication and training within teams.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating and editing visual content.

About you

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital design and production.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required if equivalent experience can be demonstrated.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles and production processes.
  • Familiarity with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

What's in it for you?
