Product Operations Manager

Creative Plastics, a division of Marketing Alliance Group and a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end retail displays, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of display products—from concept and production through quality control and client delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment, understands the importance of quality assurance, and enjoys leading cross-functional teams to bring complex products to life for major Health & Beauty brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the product lifecycle – Manage projects from concept through manufacturing, QA, and final shipment.
• Ensure data-driven decisions – Use ERP systems, Excel, and dashboards to monitor timelines, cost, and quality KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration – Work with Sales, Design, Production, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Drive product quality – Oversee product inspections, address quality issues, and proactively identify improvements in materials or process.
• Communicate clearly and often – Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed through updates, reports, and meetings.
• Ensure vendor and material readiness – Coordinate with Purchasing and outside suppliers to ensure materials are correct, timely, and within spec.
• Escalate and resolve issues – Troubleshoot production challenges, supplier delays, or QA flags quickly and effectively.
• Track and report – Maintain accurate records in internal systems and continuously improve reporting tools and workflow.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years’ experience in product/project management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, production workflows, and quality control processes.
• Data-savvy: Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) is a must.
• A quality-first mindset with the ability to spot risks and proactively manage them.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment and can also lead independently.
