We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in helping promote our clients and ensure effective public engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the planning and execution of PR initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer engagement
Interacting with customers and event attendees to communicate brand messaging and values
Supporting the coordination of promotional campaigns and live event activities
Monitoring media coverage and campaign performance, and providing insights to improve PR strategies
Collaborating with marketing, events, and client service teams to maintain consistent messaging
Representing client brands professionally during public interactions and promotional efforts
Handling administrative duties such as data tracking, reporting, and follow-up communications
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Previous experience in public relations, marketing, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
