Key Responsibilities

As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in helping promote our clients and ensure effective public engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of PR initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer engagement

  • Interacting with customers and event attendees to communicate brand messaging and values

  • Supporting the coordination of promotional campaigns and live event activities

  • Monitoring media coverage and campaign performance, and providing insights to improve PR strategies

  • Collaborating with marketing, events, and client service teams to maintain consistent messaging

  • Representing client brands professionally during public interactions and promotional efforts

  • Handling administrative duties such as data tracking, reporting, and follow-up communications

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and time management abilities

  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Previous experience in public relations, marketing, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States
