As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNC's technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
•\tOperating in a global delivery model, bringing strategic direction to testing and acting as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s).
•\tLeading the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work, including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.
•\tIncluding ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.
•\tTaking accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products.
•\tDeveloping meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health and identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.

Due to the nature of this role, we are seeking the following qualifications:

•\tWell versed with both Manual and Automated testing
•\tAutomation scripting experience using Selenium & Cucumber framework
•\tExperience with System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing
•\tExperience on Agile project with heavy interaction with developers and dev driven team
•\tGood knowledge of SQL database and basic SQL skills
•\tJira & Xray tool knowledge
•\tAPI testing skills
•\tExperience in maintaining regression test suite

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $141,700.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
