Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Radiology Assistant. Hours/Shift: FLEXI rotating shifts.
Department/Position Overview: Performs chest, abdominal, extremity, and spine radiological imaging studies of patients within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, to include: operation of equipment, development of films, and preparation of patient room and equipment under direct supervision of a registered Radiologic Technologist.
Minimum Requirements: - Currently enrolled and have completed 2 semesters of formal education that is accredited by the ARRT.
- Education: HS - High School Grad or Equivalent
