We are Exact Staff, one of the largest staffing agencies in the United States. We aid our candidates with being able to find full-time and part-time jobs in a variety of different positions; everything from Aerospace Manufacturing to Administrative Assistants, Dental Assistants and even IT work.
We are searching for a Recruiter to join our corporate office, here in the city of Calabasas, as we embark on one of the busiest times of the year.
As the Recruiter, you will be joining our staffing team to help our clients fill their open positions.
You will:
· Conduct interviews
· Write job ads on job boards like ZipRecruiter and Indeed (Like this one!)
· Verify the candidate’s valid documentation, send them the onboarding, and walk them through the onboarding process
· Conduct reference checks for our candidates
· Ensure our compliance rules are being met and enforced
· Sending resumes to our client's open positions.
· Coordinating locations for temps so they arrive on time
· Sending timecards to our payroll department.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. First shift, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
You will also get commissions based on how many people you hire, as well as if you fill specific higher-end positions.
