Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented  Wedding Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist couples in planning and coordinating their dream weddings by providing expert guidance and seamless event execution. This remote position allows you to support clients in creating memorable wedding experiences while ensuring every detail aligns with their vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with engaged couples to understand their wedding preferences, vision, and requirements.
• Develop customized wedding plans, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event timelines.
• Identify and recommend vendors for services such as catering, photography, décor, and entertainment while managing contracts and relationships.
• Assist clients in creating and maintaining wedding budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
• Organize and oversee wedding day schedules, ensuring a seamless flow of events from ceremony to reception.
• Provide remote support on the wedding day to coordinate logistics and address any last-minute issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise before or during the event to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collect feedback from clients and vendors to enhance wedding planning services for future events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to bring a couple’s vision to life.
• Proficiency with wedding planning software and tools is a plus.
• A passion for creating memorable wedding experiences.
