PURPOSE OF JOB

Identify new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering innovative design solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

• Position our design services as solutions that align with the specific requirements and objectives of MedTech and Pharma clients.
• Conduct in-person visits to potential business partners, presenting and selling the benefits of our design services solutions.
• Drive new business opportunities "hunting" sales approach – Cold Calling.
• Maximizing sales opportunities with existing clients.
• Generating new sales and creating new business opportunities.
• Maintaining customer relationships and managing existing clients.
• Delivering to customer visits and sales targets.
• Run an effective end to end sales process.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION : 

• Educational background in Biomedicine or Engineering.

EXPERIENCE :

• 3 – 5 years of experience in MedTech, Pharma/Engineering (required).
• 3 – 5 years of solid experience in Sales, ideally winning new customers (required).
• Previous experience working with CRMs (Hubspot or Salesforce)

OTHER :

• Willingness to travel as needed across the US to meet with clients and occasionally to Ireland/Europe to attend events.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Great listening and questioning skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data orientated.
• Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.
