Functional Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence various teams
  • Support the leading of the frontline through various change initiatives.
  • Facilitate and assist with managerial processes including but not limited to payroll, staffing, employee relations, forecasting labor, training and development, etc.
  • Understand the business and how each department can affect the bottom line
  • Provide cross-functional support to the location by collaborating with and driving each departments initiatives
  • Support district meetings focused on plan to achieve sales objectives and other goals.
  • Conduct "work-withs" and coaching sessions with frontline to develop their service skills and efficiencies.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with sales representatives, merchandisers, and drivers to discuss performance and gap closure.
  • Support the management of multiple priorities while allocating resources between accounts
  • Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals
  • Anticipate potential customer issues; apply contingency planning to avoid customer dissatisfaction
  • Use your creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to assist in growing volume & revenue to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the assigned area.
  • Learn the PepsiCo selling foundation: use fact-based selling skills and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collect, chart, and interpret statistical data
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,700 - $83,550 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelors degree prior to the intended full time start date OR have 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future.
  • Have a valid drivers license and access to an automobile to drive to various sales locations for duration of time in role.
  • Pass a drug screen and background investigation, including a Motor Vehicle Report (clean driving record for the past 3 years).
  • Have physical ability to lift 25 - 45 pounds repeatedly when needed in daily execution.
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
