WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Architect, Implement, & Customize: Craft and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business demands and seamlessly integrate with and enhance existing workflows.
  • Integrate & Connect: Leverage APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow between internal and external systems.
  • Optimize & Resolve: Proactively address performance bottlenecks and resolve technical challenges.
  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Documentation & Planning: Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Best Practices & User Empowerment: Stay informed on Salesforce advancements and deliver ongoing training/support to end-users.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of Salesforce development, integrations, APIs, and middleware tools and working knowledge of tools like Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and legal practice platforms/systems.
  • Problem-Solving & Collaborative Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational Foundation: Relevant bachelor’s degree (i.e., CS, IT, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
