My client is a Global Real Estate Investment Management Firm that is building out their US Teams and seeking someone reporting to Head of Asset Management and CEO.

Seeking a candidate with strong Development, Construction, along with Sourcing Experiences handling Industrial, Mixed-Use, and Office Assets. This professional will work with all vendors along with development reporting, and strategy. This role will sit in NYC.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage the design, budget, and construction of Development Assets - expansion, and refurbishment CAPEX projects.
• Determine the projected global yearly real estate CAPEX, and presented for approval.
• Lead process of various vendors including brokers, architects, CMs, Engineers, and contractors.
• Draft scopes of work, issuing RFPs, leveling bids and awarding contracts.
• Create and maintain project budgets and schedules for C-suite.
• Manage procurement of materials and finishes, including for electrical and structural scopes.
• Advised executive team on the financial feasibility of the project using pro-forma models and site analysis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree
• 12+ years of real estate development/construction of properties - Industrial, Mixed-use, Office, and Commercial Buildings
