The Financial Services Manager can expect to have tremendous amount of support in the department. The Senior Finance Manager carries a large responsibility in the overall functionality of the Financial Services Department. This person is also expected to provide leadership and strategic direction to the finance team while working closely with senior leadership to support the hospital's overall financial performance.
