A major international firm (our client) is looking for a Senior Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team in the Seattle or San Francisco office in a hybrid role.
Will be handling highly complex, low-volume insurance litigation cases. Experience working with senior-level attorneys or partners, and being accustomed to working in a high-stakes, busy environment, is highly preferred.
Varied responsibilities, including, providing administrative support to litigation attorneys/paralegals, reviewing and proofreading correspondence and documents, e-filing with state and federal courts, managing multiple attorney calendars using Outlook calendars to schedule appointments and meetings, entering and tracking attorney CLE through Micro, inputting case related deadlines into docketing program, preparing shells for various pleadings, discovery, and motions, and handling arrangements for in-house and external depositions, including booking court reporters.
Experience with FileSite, iManage, or equivalent document management system is highly desired.
Must have knowledge of e-filing procedures for Federal and California State Courts.
