Required Skills
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory). Certified Implementor and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications (strongly preferred). Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HAM SAM, CMDB, CSDM. Experience with JavaScript, MID server management, SSO configurations, and asset discovery. Familiarity with Linux/Unix, Windows administration, and basic networking. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITIL frameworks, and ITSM certification (or equivalent experience).

Job Summary: & We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our DevOps team, dedicated to managing and supporting multiple ServiceNow environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and health of our platform through effective incident resolution, system maintenance, application development, and tier 3 support.
Key Responsibilities:
·& Maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
·& Provide Tier 3 support, assisting both operations and development teams with complex issues.
·& Develop and implement ITSM change management solutions and performance optimization strategies.
·& Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting and independent project management.
·& Document technical processes and develop scripts to automate user tasks.
