• Provide legal advice on& corporate and real estate tax matters .
• Work across& multiple practice areas , including M A and nonprofit tax law.
• Offer& tax planning, compliance, and strategy & for diverse client needs.
• Handle& tax implications & for transactions and audits.
• Support& firm growth & through collaboration and client engagement.
• Potential for& Senior Associate or Partner & track based on experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD)& and& bar admission & in relevant state(s).
• 5+ years & (Senior Associate) or& 10+ years & (Partner) in tax law.
• Expertise in& corporate, real estate , OR& M A & tax.
• Experience with& nonprofit tax law & preferred.
