Job Description The
Trust Officer III is primarily responsible for administering a wide variety of complex/high profile and larger/more profitable personal trust, custody and estate, investment agency and IRA accounts.Works closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and external advisors to define clients' requirements including investment goals and objectives, as well as the legal, tax and specialized accounting aspects of accounts.Provides administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary accounting standards consistent with BOKF policy.

How You'll Spend Your Time - You will use your knowledge of trust administration to carry out instructions for complex trusts, and respond to internal and external inquiries around trust documents.
- You will ensure accounts are set up appropriately, and distributions are completed accurately, in accordance with policy and procedures.
- You will utilize your interpersonal skills to meet business development and retention goals by developing new business through relationships with business partners, existing clients, and centers of influence.
- You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and Internal Auditors.
- You will leverage your customer service skills to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional client experience.
Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related and professional certification or post-graduate degree and 6-8 years of directly related experience in trust or 12-14 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
