Job Description

Salary: 126,100 - 227,950 USD per year Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
• Demonstrated experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Demonstrated experience developing, designing, deploying, operating, and maintaining applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Javascript, HTML, or CSS programming languages for developing and designing ServiceNow software solutions.
• Experience with MySQL databases for ServiceNow platform integration.
• Experience with system integration and process automation development.
• Experience coordinating and performing upgrades to the ServiceNow Instance.
• Experience with the creation of ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Experience delivering products via Agile software development methods.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow components, including process workflows, forms, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow sign-on methods with LDAP or PKI certificates.
• Experience evaluating existing ServiceNow deployments and identifying potential improvements or issues.
• Experience participating in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and Requirements meetings to elicit business requirements from end users.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience communicating requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Experience deploying applications on Linux servers.
• Experience deploying authorized application plugins in ServiceNow.

• In this role, I will work within a team environment to support multiple stakeholders at the client’s location. The team will provide Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OA&M) of the client’s ServiceNow platforms, focusing on automating data collections and integrating existing corporate data systems to deliver actionable and accurate corporate data for decision-making and analysis purposes. Together, we will analyze, develop, and maintain proposed system modifications, upgrades, and interfaces with external systems. I will also collaborate and communicate with stakeholders using Agile software development methods to define user requirements and customize software application solutions to meet those needs.
