As a Signature Wedding Planner , you will be responsible for selling wedding destinations , generating leads, and converting inquiries into bookings. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, marketing skills, and exceptional customer service to attract and engage clients. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through digital marketing, networking, and referrals

• Present and sell customized destination wedding packages, venues, and exclusive experiences
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury resorts, venues, and wedding vendors

• Ensure exceptional client service from initial inquiry to the wedding day , managing any concerns and last-minute adjustments

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in sales, wedding planning, hospitality, or luxury event management
• Strong ability to sell, negotiate, and close high-value bookings
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and wedding bookings simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and CRM tools
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of destination weddings, resort partnerships, and international wedding planning is a plus
