Overview:

Elevate your creative career with CHAGEE as a Social Media Manager , leading the charge in building brand love, cultural relevance, and community engagement across North America. This role is at the heart of our storytelling and will develop and execute dynamic content strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. What you'll do:

• Develop and lead CHAGEE’s social media strategy for North America, aligning with brand goals and regional marketing initiatives.
• Plan and publish engaging, trend-forward content that reflects CHAGEE’s brand voice and values, tailored for local audiences.
• Manage day-to-day social operations including scheduling, community management, and real-time responses.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams, influencers, and external agencies to produce high-quality content (e.g., photos, videos, reels, stories).
• Identify and manage partnerships with creators and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and optimize future content.
• Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep CHAGEE relevant and culturally connected.
• Work cross-functionally with PR, Digital, and Retail Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all brand initiatives.

Experience you need to be successful:

• 4–6 years of experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands; experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or youth-driven brands is preferred.
• Strong portfolio of social content and campaigns showcasing creativity, growth, and engagement.
• Exceptional copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Hootsuite), analytics platforms, and influencer management tools.
• Deep understanding of U.S. social media culture, trends, and influencer landscape.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage calendars, production workflows, and community engagement in real time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications and more.
