Position: Pop Culture Social Media Manager

Duration: PERM

Openings: 1

Location: 2801 W Airport Fwy Northwest, Dallas, TX 75261 (ONSITE every day, 8-5 or 9-6)

Salary: $60-80k

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience with content social media creation in a digital marketing agency or a large corporation
• Proficient in video production, with strong skills in creating engaging content
• Experience working with influencers – negotiating rates and talking through content creation for their posts
• Track record for increasing online following
• Proficient with social media platforms

Day to Day:

A large company headquartered in Dallas looking for a Pop Culture Manager to sit on- 5 days a week. Listed below are some of the day-to-day tasks you will be completing.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy.
• Create and maintain a content calendar with engaging, original posts focused on growth across Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Track and analyze the performance and impact of social media activities.
• Generate reports using analytic tools to measure success and inform future strategies.
• Moderate accounts by thoughtfully engaging with comments, direct messages, collaboration requests, tags, and DMs.
• Identify and connect with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders to build strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Educate and advise internal teams on effective social media use, providing training and support as needed.
