Ready for a new challenge? Summary of Position This role is responsible for developing and executing top-tier social media strategies tailored to the anime gaming community. You will lead efforts to boost brand awareness, drive user engagement, and foster organic growth through platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube. The individual will work closely with HQ and internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals. They will review performance across all social channels and KPIs, continuously optimizing social media plans. The ideal candidate has a strong background in social media strategy within the gaming industry, hands-on experience in creating engaging content, and managing social media accounts. Proficiency in analyzing social media performance and making data-driven decisions is essential. This creative thinker must have excellent communication and collaboration skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and lives and breathes social media trends. We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.
