This role is crucial in supporting the management of sponsorship programs and ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. What You Will Do: Sponsorship Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of sponsorship programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards. Coordination: Work closely with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics for sponsored events and initiatives. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for sponsors and partners, maintaining clear and professional correspondence. Budget Tracking: Support budget management efforts by providing accurate tracking of sponsorship expenses and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines. Reporting: Collect data and insights post-sponsorship to analyze performance and contribute to ongoing program improvements. Research: Identify and research potential sponsorship opportunities that align with Confluent.io’s strategic objectives. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, sponsorship management, or marketing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in event management software, event technology, Slack, and G-Suite. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for building relationships. This position has an annual estimated salary of $88,500 - $103,950, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
