Schneider Electric's Innovation Experiences Team is seeking a dynamic professional
Sponsorship Marketing Manager to lead and manage our US sponsorship and SE Green Runners Programs. This role involves
defining the strategy,
executing plans, and ensuring the
successful implementation of sponsorship initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities: - Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Execution: Plan and execute sponsorship activations, events, and campaigns to maximize exposure and engagement.
- Strategy: Define and develop the overall sponsorship strategy to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the sponsorship portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of partnerships that align with the company's brand and strategic goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of sponsorship activities, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Budget Management: Manage the sponsorship program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to integrate sponsorship activities into broader marketing and business strategies.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in sponsorship management, marketing, or business development. Understanding of marathons and charities is a plus.
