Summary We are looking for a data-savvy, hungry, and strategic Senior Analyst to join our Business Analytics team at Fanatics Inc. This role will require interaction with multiple teams across marketing and tech, including senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be someone with a scrappy, get-it-done attitude who is passionate about analyzing data to solve business problems. The candidate needs a proven track record of distilling down complex data into actionable insights. **Responsibilities:**
+ Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends and identify opportunities to increase profitability of our customer base.
+ Perform business case analysis to estimate P&L impact of new initiatives.
+ Consult with business stakeholders on ad-hoc analysis, experiments, and reporting.
+ Partner with marketing and tech teams to support ideation, prioritization, and test new tactics.
+ Communicate analyses to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
+ Partner with technology and data engineering teams to operationalize insights.
**Qualifications:**
+ Hands on experience working with large and complex data sets - Proficiency w/ SQL required.
+ Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Ability to manage a broad stakeholder base and prioritize effectively.
+ 2+ years of relevant working experience in an analytical and data-driven role; e-commerce or retail industry experience preferred.
+ BS/MS in STEM or quantitative field preferred.
