Optomi is partnering with one of our top clients to find a Sr. Infrastructure Manager to join our team on a full-time basis !

This position requires you to come onsite in a hybrid setting.

What we are looking for:

• Technical Expertise – Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cabling, fiber optics, DWDM optical networks, and DAS/video/wireless/AV systems.
• Project Management & Problem-Solving – Strong ability to manage projects, anticipate user needs, resolve infrastructure issues, and make informed decisions.
• Communication & Collaboration – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders, and familiarity with construction documents and engineering drawings.
• Technology & Continuous Learning – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, dwg, kmz, and PDFs, with a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
• Proven Leadership Experience – Ability to effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment, make critical decisions, inspire team members, and mentor others in developing technical skills.
