Required Qualifications Sophomores, juniors, or seniors interested in publishing, editing, and marketing a digital journal Ability to maintain confidentiality Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) Evidence of efficient project and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet goals and deadlines Ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Creative, open-minded, and flexible Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies to contribute to the journals Willingness to take risks and experiment Job Duties Edit author's articles submitted to the journal Take on a specialty role (marketing for the journal, outreach, web design, project manager for authors) Contribute to journal's growth Work approximately 10-15 hours/wk.
