Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
? Location: Forest Lake,MN - Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote
? Compensation: $31-$36/hour
Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional looking for a dynamic role that blends logistics, planning, and cross-functional collaboration? We are seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to support our supply chain services through data analysis, inventory management, and global logistics coordination.
What You’ll Do:? Manage all logistics activities, including import/export logistics, customs documentation, freight coordination, and regulatory compliance
? Assist with demand and supply planning by gathering and analyzing data
? Maintain ERP system records and processes related to supply chain functions
? Prepare reports on inventory, product availability, and transportation
? Partner with internal teams and global stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and resolve inquiries
? Support AR/AP processing, troubleshooting, and dispute resolution
What You Bring:? 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, or International Logistics
? 4+ years of ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
? Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities
? Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
? Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
Bonus Skills:? Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems
? Familiarity with GS1 standards
? Strong customer and vendor relationship management #metrocareers
