Trova Advisory Group | Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary: $50,000+Monthly commission

Location: Hillside, IL (On-site)

Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trova Advisory Group, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing high-caliber professionals for our clients. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process that meets client and candidate expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough candidate sourcing through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines.
  • Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage candidate relationships and guide them through the interview and offer process.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline processes.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a professional staffing agency or corporate environment.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruiting software/tools.
