Textile Machine Operator
3rd Shift / 5pm-5am

As a Textile Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our output. Textile Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our knitted materials. Textile Machine Operator requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing thorough QC checks on all assigned knitting machines at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Ensuring the correct size core is used for each roll to prevent product rejection.
• Identifying and immediately addressing drop-outs by tying a secure black splice at the location of the hole.
• Wrapping half-full pallets securely, replacing full pallets, and ensuring proper labeling of all pallets.
• Placing a product-specific label on the first roll of every pallet that is pulled out and replaced.
• Accurately entering all knitting work and production data into the computer system.
• Taking ownership and responsibility for achieving the expected production output of assigned machines.
• Monitoring and maintaining the continuous operation of any "hot" machines, regardless of their assigned side.
• Maintaining the QC sheets and QC table in a neat and orderly fashion.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. We value individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Reliability, motivation, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Basic record-keeping skills may be required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license
