The Ticket Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting clients with ticket reservations, purchases, changes, and cancellations for travel, events, or other services. • Customer Service:

  • Greet customers and assist them with their ticketing needs in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about ticket prices, schedules, and availability.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

• Ticket Sales and Reservations:

  • Process ticket sales and reservations accurately using computerized systems.
  • Assist customers with choosing the best options for their needs, including seat selection, upgrades, and special requests.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ticketing software.
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
