Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) for a travel assignment in Wausau, WI. In this role, you will provide prehensive care to patients with a variety of medical conditions on the Med Surg unit.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Perform routine procedures and assist with diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements:
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Med Surg setting
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
