Occupational Therapist (OT) - Traveler Job Description Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team as a traveler, providing high-quality rehabilitation services across various healthcare settings. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain and enhance their ability to perform daily activities. This position requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes in diverse environments. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals. Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices, evidence-based interventions, and regulatory standards. Ability to adapt to new environments and work efficiently in diverse clinical settings. Education & Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice; eligibility to work in various states as required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with diverse patient populations. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
