Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll manage a variety of tasks for clients, helping them stay organized and efficient. Responsibilities include:

Managing executive calendars and appointments
Organizing and managing email communication
Creating presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
Overseeing social media accounts
Developing workflows and processes for better organization
Researching new technologies and offering recommendations
Updating and maintaining CRM data
Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and dining reservations
Assisting with project coordination and event planning
Providing occasional support for personal tasks
