Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer with expertise in the Microsoft technical stack to join our team. This is a mostly remote position, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Carmel, IN and/or to customer site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain web applications using the Microsoft technical stack, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web solutions that meet business requirements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of web applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best solutions are provided.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web development using the Microsoft technical stack.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications related to the technical stack.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
