About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Wedding Travel Consultant to help couples plan unforgettable destination weddings. In this remote role, you will assist clients in selecting ideal wedding locations, coordinating travel logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for the couple and their guests.

Responsibilities:

Destination Research & Planning

• Stay informed about trending wedding destinations, venues, and travel regulations.
• Provide expert recommendations based on couples' preferences, budget, and vision.

Vendor Coordination

• Work with hotels, resorts, airlines, and service providers to secure accommodations, event spaces, and transportation.
• Negotiate and coordinate vendor services to ensure a seamless wedding experience.

Travel Logistics Management

• Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation for the wedding party and guests.
• Ensure all bookings align with the couple’s wedding timeline and guest needs.

Client Communication & Support

• Maintain open and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process.
• Provide timely updates and assist with any necessary changes or concerns.
